Questions
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The first month is free and the minimum term is two months. After that it's monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Who owns the domain?
You do. If you leave, the domain stays in your name and I'll help you move the site.
I don't have a domain. Is that a problem?
No. I'll help you pick and register one in your name, usually £5 to £15 a year. You own it outright.
Can I keep my existing domain and email?
Yes. I only change what's needed to point your website at the new site. Your email carries on as it is.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, a few photos of your work, your MCS number and the areas you cover. A short call or a few emails is enough.
Do you work with installers outside England and Wales?
Not yet. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme only covers England and Wales, so that's where the grant tools apply.
